EXCHANGE POLICY

Any product purchased from Jannat Collections’ online store can be exchanged only through the online store, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition, including all labels and tags.
  • This policy is applicable to local orders only.

International Orders:

  • We do not offer exchanges for international orders unless we have delivered the incorrect order or the product is faulty.

Sale Items:

  • For products on sale, exchanges are not permitted unless we have delivered the incorrect order.

Time Frame:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

Jannat Collections does not offer an exchange or refund policy once the order has been processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item you received is faulty or damaged.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information. After the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will apply.

Jannat Collections reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • Pricing errors.
  • Payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
