EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME

Within Pakistan:

• Unstitched Items: 6-8 working days

Outside Pakistan:

• Unstitched Items: 14-18 working days

PLEASE NOTE: These are tentative delivery times and may vary depending on the designer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Within Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of the package and destination.
• Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will also be calculated at checkout based on package size and destination.

We endeavor to dispatch orders as soon as possible and are continuously working to reduce delivery times.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment will be collected from the shipping address by the courier company.
• For certain orders, payment needs to be cleared in advance at the time of placing the order.

Please note: Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries to India and Bangladesh.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier information and tracking number. Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Your order may incur customs and import duties upon arrival in your country. Jannat Collections is not responsible for any taxes or duties charged by customs authorities, and payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Customized orders may require an additional 7 working days for completion.
